meet Remi

he lives at the stables in Northern Liberties.

I've told this story before, but here goes.....

so, when i started working at the Chic (4 yrs ago) i heard about this dude.

what he does is exactly this. ... he leaves the stables to get a pigs ear at the Chic. he found the Chic on his own. he walks there alone. he sits, patiently...just waiting for the ear alone. and walks back to the stables, alone.

when i started, i didn't see him for the first few weeks, but then, i felt like someone was watching me from the door, it was, of course...Remi. so i walked out with a pigs ear, gave it to him, and he left. he didn't want love, just the ear damnit. i even tried to give him more expensive snacks...he wanted NOTHING to do with them. sometimes i would hold the pigs ear and make him let me brush him, but still he didn't give a rats ass... just wanted that ear. ......... so. we visited the Chic in no lib this weekend, and look who showed up! Gunner got the honor of giving the ear. i love him.

i wonder what the total of his bill is. hahahaha
