pickling for "crafty" (lazy) gals. ...



i didn't want to pull out tupperware for my leftover beets, so i threw them in my pickle jar. ... turns out, they were amazing and they even helped the pickles taste better.
yum. i'm gonna do this forever.
recycling pickle juice...mmmm.
